Phil Hellmuth
Phil "Poker Brat" Hellmuth Jr. was born on July 16th, 1964 in Madison, Wisconsin.
Phil currently lives in Palo Alto, California with his wife and children. He became a professional poker player after dropping out of his university course of three years, finding he had a natural talent for the game he soon became a consistent winner.
He's most famous for the berating he gives other players at his table when they hit a longshot hand against him, this is where he gets the nickname of the "Poker Brat". his controversial accusations and insults have been known to last for as long as he is sitting in the tournament. Famous quotes of Phil's include "If luck wasn't involved, I guess I would win every one" and "I can dodge bullets, baby!". Most notably in recent WSOP appearances his targets have been the poker amateurs who he really cannot bear being beaten by.
